Cancellation Policy
Grave is currently sold as one-time purchases, not as auto-renewing subscriptions. There is nothing for you to cancel to avoid a future charge. This page explains what cancellation means for each plan and how to remove your account.
Monthly plan
- One-time charge for 30 days of access. Nothing renews automatically.
- To keep using Grave after the term ends, buy another month or upgrade to Lifetime.
Lifetime plan
- One-time charge for permanent access. Nothing to cancel.
- To stop using Grave, just uninstall the software. Your license stays attached to your account in case you want to come back later.
Cancelling within the refund window
If you would like to cancel a recent purchase and request a refund, see our Refund & Dispute Policy. Eligible refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Closing your account
To delete your Grave account and the data associated with it, email support@daeths.gg from the address tied to your account. We will:
- Confirm your identity.
- Revoke any active licenses.
- Delete your account, profiles, and configuration data within 30 days.
- Retain a minimal record of your purchase (order ID, date, amount) for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law.
If we cancel a license
We may suspend or cancel a license for the reasons described in our Terms of Service — including breach of acceptable-use rules, fraud, or chargeback abuse. In those cases the cancellation is non-refundable.
