Refund policy

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny future orders or refunds if you have already requested a refund from Grave previously.

I have purchased a license but have not downloaded Grave yet.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days after your purchase. Email support@daeths.gg from the address you used at checkout and we'll process it.

I have purchased a license and have downloaded Grave already.

Before you can download Grave, you must waive your right of withdrawal. This means the 14-day refund period no longer applies. If you are unable to use the product due to a crash on injection, misunderstanding of supported versions, operating system issue, etc. you may contact us within 24 hours of downloading to recieve a full refund.
